Welcome to Collinwood Road United Reformed Church! A small but growing, increasingly multicultural, church, committed to inter-generational worship, we run a community café,  lunch club for the elderly and children’s holiday activities.  We are characterised by a thoughtful, enquiring and open evangelicalism, and are affirming of same-sex relationships.

We are a friendly, inclusive, suburban church, small enough for everyone to know each other, situated in Risinghurst, Headington to the east of Oxford city centre. We believe that above all, faith in Christ is about relationship, and we welcome all to join us as we develop this relationship together, whether you are just getting to know Christ or you already have a strong relationship with Him. We aim to create a comfortable environment in which people feel free to ask questions and have doubts, and where we can explore these together in a non-judgmental, open minded, and supportive setting. We believe that honest doubt, wrestling with God, and a patient waiting on the Spirit for understanding are more likely to lead to a firm and confident faith. So come along with your questions, doubts, and imperfections, and be welcomed by a like minded community, to get to know a kind, accepting, understanding and loving man, our Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ.

We meet for Christian worship in the sanctuary at 10am every Sunday, except for the first Sunday of the month, when we meet at 10am in the Church hall (signposted) for our All-Age worship. For more information please visit our Worship page.

We are situated on the corner of the London Road (A40) and Collinwood Road in Risinghurst, and have plenty of parking for visitors. To find us on a map please visit our Where to Find Us page.
